I am training for a half marathon. UUUUUUUUGGGGHHHHHH.
It's hard. Running is hard. And I'm starting my for real training this week. It's totally baby training though. My big run is 4 miles **woooooaaahhhh four whole miles, big whoop** but it S. U. C. K. S. And I'm being a big fat baby.
Get ready for a whole series about this running nonsense. But right now I'm off to run 2 miles. (It's 10 pm jsyk).

Eh - you'll be just fine. You're a tough cookie! :-)As much as I hate working out I've been running on the elliptical 4+ miles a day to help arthritis issues (actual running is too hard on my joints). It makes a lot of difference! (and will likely give you cause to purchase a new wardrobe!)
ReplyDeleteWhat half marathon are you running? I've been wanting to do a full marathon... But hate running lately. Actually hate exercise period lately. A half seems a whole lot less daunting!! You can do it!
